Optimal Living Blueprint

Nutrition
The most important lifestyle factor for overall health is nutrition.  What we put into our body's accounts for the largest percentage (80%-90%) of the way we physically and mentally express our health and wellness. Data on dietary intervention and most disease prevention revolves around unprocessed mostly plant-based foods, which are high in phytonutrients, omega 3 fatty acids, and fiber.  Your diet should be low in saturated fats, salt, alcohol, and especially processed foods.

Environment
Our environment consists of the people, places, and things in our life. Research has shown our environment plays a large role in our physical, mental, and spiritual health.  Most people are operating at a sub-optimal level because of processed foods, low nutritional intake, environmental toxins, environmental chemicals, electromagnetic fields, and poor energetic relationships.  We interview clients and use a simple test which analyzes your hair to identify twelve key nutritional and environmental elements you need to function optimally.

Movement
Daily movement and stretching increases life expectancy, boosts mood, and improves energy levels. Both aerobic and strength training have been shown to reduce cognitive decline, heart disease, inflammation, blood pressure and diabetes. We provide our clients with the latest science and coaching reach their goals quicker, safer and with better results.

Restore
Finding ways to alleviate “negative” stress optimizes your overall health. Negative stress is the kind of activity, thought, or emotion that does not serve a purpose and stimulates the flight or fight response. That kind of stress over time significantly damages the body and leads to greater physical and mental decline.  Deep restorative sleep, letting go of stuck emotions, forgiveness, and identifying one’s bad stresses are key to strategically optimizing your life.

Elevate
We can elevate our overall health and well-being by focusing on positive thoughts, feelings, and activities that are driven by purpose. Putting the right physical and mental stress on the body challenges us, keeps us active and expands our awareness. It is essential to have a clearly defined purpose along with daily practices that elevate your cognitive reserves, provide insight, increase energy, and provide you with an elevated life. Body, Mind, and Soul.
